FAQ

Which file formats can I import?

MusicXML (.musicxml / .xml / .mxl), MuseScore (.mscz / .mscx), and MIDI (.mid).

The microphone doesn’t respond

Please allow microphone access in the iOS Settings app: Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → VocaLane.

Audio is delayed with wireless earphones

Bluetooth always adds some latency. VocaLane compensates the display timing automatically, but if the delay bothers you, wired earphones give the best experience.

How do I restore my VocaLane Plus purchase?

Open the VocaLane Plus screen (Settings tab → VocaLane Plus card) and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings app → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → VocaLane Plus.

マイクが反応しません

iOS の設定アプリで 設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → マイク → VocaLane を許可してください。

ワイヤレスイヤホンで音が遅れます

Bluetooth の仕様上、多少の遅延が必ず発生します。VocaLane は表示タイミングを自動補正しますが、気になる場合は有線イヤホンのご利用がおすすめです。

VocaLane Plus の購入を復元したい

設定タブ → VocaLane Plus カードから Plus 画面を開き、下部の 「購入を復元」 をタップしてください。

サブスクリプションを解約したい

サブスクリプションは Apple が管理しています。設定アプリ → Apple ID → サブスクリプション → VocaLane Plus から解約できます。
